Our History
PINKY KHOZA ATTORNEYS INCORPORATED was founded by Pinky Khoza, a passionate and determined legal practitioner.
Ms. Khoza’s journey began after she completed her LLB degree at the University of Zululand in 2015. Despite initial challenges in securing articles of clerkship, she demonstrated resilience by working as a hairdresser to fund her Practical Legal Training at the University of KwaZulu-Natal Institute for Legal Training. After gaining valuable experience at Junaid Khamissa Attorneys and completing her articles at Twala Attorneys, Ms. Khoza worked at Lynn and Main Attorneys and Hansmeyer, van Eeden & Chetty Incorporated.
Inspired by her passion for law and a desire to serve her community, she established PINKY KHOZA ATTORNEYS INCORPORATED, the only 100% Black and female-owned firm in the Winklespruit area.
Our Mission
Our mission at PINKY KHOZA ATTORNEYS INCORPORATED is to uplift socio-economic rights in our neighborhood, grant access to legal services for all, and inspire Black females within the legal fraternity.
As the first Black female-owned law firm in Winklespruit and Port Shepstone, we aim to provide professional legal services to those who may not easily access them, particularly in rural areas. Our goal is to serve our community with dignity, professionalism, and a commitment to justice.
